Cam angle sensor

hi guys, just bought a 1990 300zx twin turbo, had a bad fan belt squeak and thought id try to tighten miss-took the cam angle sensor for a belt tensioner and moved the position of it. how would i align it back to the way it was again?

will it matter if i have a different ecu installed?
