My post count is pathetically low, I've been slacking off because A) I've been busy and B) There never seems to be anything for me to post in anymore.

ah yes the honda minivan, I should get some picks of that bad boy. The first day my mom got it, She ran it into something and it has a ton of ugly scratches on the front.

edit: you bet it has power! 0-60 in 7.7 with the slush box

since you're all bored, riddle me this:

I found a '91 sileighty (240 + front end conversion) with 108xxx miles for $3500 'firm'. If everything is in real good working order you think it'd be worth $3500? I was thinking maybe $3000, but what do I know?:)

oh, by the way, I neglected to mention that it is primered right now. I have the money to paint it, no biggie, I'll make sure its been prepped well and take it to MACCO and get their best job... that should be fine, but I don't know if or how that should factor into price...

oh wow, then I wouldn't get it... I would say 3000 at the very most since you have to go through the hassle of painting it.

yeah, I figure since its not painted it should be cheaper. Hmm. I emailed the guy, maybe I should call him about it and see what I can talk him into. Blah.

I average 5.71 posts a day, does that qualify me as a postwhore? It'll drop when I summer comes and I can work on my car though! Rockenreno...I think you should work him down to 3000 at least.

No, just the front end conversion... the guy has an s13 front clip for sale too, but the car is ka powered right now. It has all the power options that come with an SE model and a sunroof...

I don't even know if the car is still for sale at this point, I haven't heard back from the guy... then again I only e-mailed him this morning, I'll try to call tomorrow. Also, you say at least down to $3k, should it be going for much less? I figure a '91 240 should be around $2500, plus the $1000 conversion makes $3500, BUT no way I am paying $3500 without paint, so take off $500 and that subsidizes most of a paint job (my friend recommended the $600 or $700 one at Macco, anyone had or forsee any probs with that one after doing prep work beforehand?)
