Go over to where it says Multimedia & Photo Center. Click on Nissan Vehicles. Look at the bottom of the page and click on 240sx.

Clear as day you will see pics from Nissan, on the 1997 and 1998 240sx and pics for the LE versions. If I am not mistaken you will see that the LE is a 5 lug.

The LE is not a 4 lug and they never came with 16 spoke rims.

We are both wrong. It was an optional package to have the 5 lug wheels on the LE. So they came both ways, it would seem. Unless someone can really honestly prove without a shadow of a doubt either way, I am 90% sure it's a package.

I just got off the phone with my local Nissan parts dept.

Younker Nissan, Renton Washington.

The 1997 and 1998 240sx LE's never came in a 4 lug pattern due to the fact that the LE's had ABS which was not avalible on the 4 lug, only the 5 lug.

Unless this guy is a total moran, which i doubt, he has never steered me wrong and that the Nissan Technical Service bulletin system is wrong, then Im gonna go with "that the LE's were all 5 lug."

when it comes to cars. I only trust the manufacturer. Not someone claiming to have an LE with 4 lug pattern. Sorry, not enough proof to convince me.

Well, either way ALL SE AND LE 240sx came with 5lug pattern. The only 4-lug s14's were the base models.

The S14's had so many possible option variables, there's almost no set rules of which model has what.

Yes some 4-lugs miraculously got ABS/LSD option, as cnichols cousin was lucky enough to get one.
