i heard you have information about the vert being exempt from smog laws because its so rare. please imform me as i am almost dont my rb swap and i live in smoghuggin california. thanks

if it is true that the verts are smog (emissions the same?) exempt, is it nationwide?

i live in VA and would like to know

Mine's exempt in NC because of it's age. They just so a safety equipment check for $14. But our gas is more expensive than all our neighbors.

here in MA, i had to smog it, so I would say this is BS?

If I remember correctly, Greg mentioned a while back that he managed to register his vert as a collectible.

how did you manage to register your vert as a collectible AZhitman? Must of had to have some really tight mods in that. For it to be able to be done.

exactly, and according to california laws cars considered collectibles are smog exempt, from what ive heard and thats y i want to know from him if its true.

thats the classic car insure am i correct? i cant call them right now but i will tomorrow. so what if i get it insured from them do i go to dmv and tell them its collectible?

so is yours really registared as collectible and thus u dont have to smog?

Its $9.25 for OBD1/Safety inspection in NC.

Actually it may have been $9.25, I had it done a while ago. I couldn't remember and posted higher.

Just had mine done here in NC...on 3 cars and it was $9.25 for each...but I live in BFE and they don't do smog here...but in Raleigh they did and it was like $21 or something like that...I know it was more then here.
