First off, I need a clear picture, if anyone has one, on what the flywheel scrapes against for the first few minutes. Second, if the outer diameter is the same, why does it grind? Is dthe flywheel thicker? And third, anyone ever lighten the D21 flywheel? If so, please provide pics.

im running an rb fidanza so no scraping. what scrapes is the dust shield, if u look at the write up it should show the picture of what part to cut out of the sheild so it doesnt scrape. its not the outer diamater its the backside of the flywheel.

Yea, in those pictures I can't quite tell where it's talking about. It mentions some little hump and I just don't see it when I look at the pic. Once I get he clutch and flywheel off my motor I suppose I'll be seeing it a lot easier. I had no clue it's with the back side of it.
