As we all know Versa/Tiida/Latio's don't have very many aftermarket parts for them as it is but us Sedans have even less things.

I am interested in trying to get more things for us Sedans that way we aren't so left out. So I made this thread for us to post out top wanted things to try and work for. :D

So what do you want? Lets get the list rolling.

Better gas mileage!

Seriously . . . nothing that I can think of . . . it's a sedan for goodness sake! Anything after market that I might want is already available . . . better CD, fogs and sills [shoulda upgraded to the package] . . . nope, I got what I wanted: a plain-jane get-me-around vehicle that isn't going to fall apart after a year.

I have installed several parts... the only thing I don't see is the cat-back. I am still glad I have my sedan. Chassis is firmer, better F-R weight ratio.

Parts installed so far: FogsHeadlight bulb upgradeStruts/shocksSpringsCAIStrut braceSway-barShock brace Rear (trunk mounted)lower F&R uni-body bracesRadio/bluetooth/ipodconvex mirrorOEM armresttint

Parts going on soon(parts here)Braided brake linesrear spoilerdoor speakerskeyless entryalignment (have shims,bolts)air-temp gauge

Parts needing to source:wire pig-tails for lockswheels and tires (got them picked out)tint taillightsoverhead sun-glass holder (OEM)sub/amp

No where in this list have I been limited to the Sedans or Hatchback.

So the only thing I can think of that is Sedan focused is better taillights, Cat-back, something done with the chrome finisher(trunk handle) and that is about all I can think of.

Who mods a versa...funny

I have a sedan too but I'm not interested in body kits and what not. I thought about an exhaust but the already built ones are for the hatchback and I decided a CVT would sound really wierd with one. I enjoy how quiet it is.

I've done the basic things like tint and audio system. The tint really improved the appearance of the car and obviously makes it bearable inside in the summer heat. I'd like to lower it but the ride is already a little stiff to me and the roads here are horrible. Sometimes I ride with my fiancee in her CR-V just because it absorbs the crappy roads better even though it has more road noise.

I'd like for a rear bumper cover that looks a little smoother. Something more in line with the bumpers on the rest of the cars in Nissan's lineup. Most of the the other models have very clean rear ends.

Different tail-lamp styles would be nice, whether factory or otherwise.

I do like the duck-tail spoiler setup I've seen being hawked on ebay, but I would rather see something from a vendor I can trust...

I vehicle-specific trunk organizer would be nice, but to be honest one might already exist, I haven't looked.

A much better selection of ground effect packages. Something to make the car look lower without voiding any parts warranties would be really nice.

I actually like the chrome finisher on the back, although you could plasti-dip it to make it black if you needed to...

I would really like to see a Bumper Protector for the Sedan. I have a couple of scratches on my trunk and it would be nice to have something there for some support like the Hatchbacks do. I mean honestly how hard would it be for Nissan to make one?

I was interested in getting a Spoiler but I decided that it looks a lot cleaner without one. It has more of a "sleek" body. If that makes sense. Although I am interested in this "sunblocker" thing I have heard about that goes above your rear window.

They do have some ground effects offered by stillen that add to the the bumper, side skirts and rear bumper that make the car look lower. There is a picture in the forums. The guy that has it installed on his car is "NODES".

I like the Chrome finish on the back as well but when my car was getting serviced at Nissan last week I saw a "new" 2009 Versa S (I think) and instead of having the Chrome finishes it was all a Matte black and than on the interior the silver pieces of the dash and arm rests are Matte black also.

I think the 09's with the back finishers are the base models. the S has chrome finishers, at least on my 09. non-S also gets the black mirrors, black mirrors, door handles, no black tape around the window frame, the front bumper has a different paint also (grill is painted on non-s)

I got the duck-tail spoiler here, I will try to get it installed next week.

change of mind: bumper protector would indeed be good . . . and a sun visor that actually blocks the sun when it is moved to cover [ha!] the side window.

I was thinking about buying a Bumper Protector for the back obviously the Hatchback one and seeing if I can cut it to get it to fit but I don't really want to spend $40 on it and than ruin it and make it look all ghetto if it doesn't fit right.

Some new taillights would be great also. I was planning on getting mine smoked so I wasn't really interested in looking for taillights but if they offered us some it might change my mind!

12000k? That would be super illegal and would be far worse than the stock halogens at lighting up the road.

wow that is like as blue as you can get.

What you want is 4300K for best light output.
