Auto cross @ the Camarillo Airport September 11.I haven't gotten any more info yet but Ill update when I do. Last time was $30 with a $10 annual membership to the local Coviar club (they run the event)Limited to 60 entries( I don't think It will be an issue if we register somewhat soon)Its right off the 101 @ Las Posas, It would be nice to have some 240's there.

They might not like 240's there anymore, my buddy got kicked out at the last camarillo auto-x for breaking his rear end loose and cant go back.

he "spun" 3 times on one lap... We were told no drifting, once he messed up once it looked an awfull lot like he just decided to drift(red hb with decals yes?). I have no idea what his intensions were but just going off of what I saw there was nothing wrong with the descision. It was that airports rules that no drifting would be allowed, and the corvair club was just trying to keep their location...I definatly got quite loose a few times and did a few accidental drifts, and they had no problems with me.BUT THATS NOT WHAT THIS THREAD IS ABOUT

Not here to debate what your friend did or did not do, Just trying to get some fellow driving enthusiats to go racing with. So who is in the area and can make it out???
