Calling all 2008 White G35 owners! i need some help

Hello everyone this may not be the best way to introduce myself onto this forum, but i am in need of some help.

A little background, i Purchased my 2008 White G35 about four months ago and i am absolutely loving the car. It came fully loaded from the factory, and had only one previous owner. The previous owner had also done some minor tweaking to the car that includes window tint. This is where my problems lies.

About a month ago i was pulled over in the state of virginia and cited for a speeding violation (60 on a 45) this is my first moving violation in over 12 years of driving. After the citation the policeman to top everything off gave a window tint violation. He reported my car of having a window tint of 25% all around and the legal limit is 50% front and 35% rear in virginia. I need to formulate a good case to fight off the speeding ticket and prove that i took off my tint. The problem is, I really dont want to remove the tint.

Now to the point... I have seen this done numerous times and every time with the same result. All i am asking is for someone with a 2008 White G35 to take pictures of the side of their vehicle showing that the tint is at legal level. No need to show anything else, just a couple clear shots of the vehicle preferably from both sides. With these photos i can present to the judge that since the violation i removed the tint, and taken a driver improvement class. I know it may sound really silly and i agree, but i just want to have a good case so i can not only rid of the tint violation, but more importantly the speed ticket.

Like i said, probably the worst introduction ever, but i look forward to your responses and I am open for any suggestions.

Let me see if I understand what you are attempting to do.

You are going to go before a judge and swear that you are telling the truth with phony pictures?

Sorry logpak24 but are you out of your freaking mind?

What do you think might happen to you if you received another tint violation for failing to correct this?

Here is my $.02 and what I would do.

Shop around and get prices from local tint shops in Virginia that will certify their work meets Virginia vehicle tint statutes and have the work done with a dated and detailed receipt that you will bring to the courthouse with you.
Contact the court clerk and request a meeting with the prosecutor. Dress and speak nicely and show the tint receipt.
Ask if he/she can please reduce the speeding violation to something that will not affect your insurance and or points on your license.
They may just want some cash.

Thank you for your input! I know it sounds really silly but trust me it works. Isnt paying someone off just as bad as showing a phony picutre lol. Nonetheless, its really simple how it works, the police officer has not seen my car in over two months now and all i have to do is show him a picture of a car that even looks similar for him to drop the charge. He also documented that i was polite so that should help my case. i actually found a picture of a car thats exactly like mine same rims and everything and has no tint what so ever. Once the charge is dropped it comes off your record so next time you get cited it starts over a stupid cycle but the Laws in virginia sometimes make no sense.
