So there are three editions coming out if you don't already know...First is the normal one which is just the game. Then comes the hardened edition which i believe is a different box and comes with an artbook. And the best for last is the prestige edition, which comes with the hardened edition, a sculpture of Soaps head (lol), a token to download the original call of duty off xbox arcade (don't know about ps3) and fully functioning night vision goggles! so all of this info is off the top of my head so i might have some info wrong so don't hate me...so what i'm asking is which edition are you guys/girls gonna buy?

if you were one of the ones that voted than i guess this thread isn't that unnecessary. And if you weren't then i made this thread to make things easier because i'm not gonna read every persons post stating which one they are gonna buy...so sorry this thread bothers you so much.

You don't have to.

Just search for text that is in posts. Put your key words in and tada!

It will lead you to the thread where we were mentioning it. Never forget the three R's of posting; Read, research and reply.

But in your case it's post instead of reply.

I can always merge this thread with the other one (so the poll will appear in the first post of the other thread...I think...either that or this thread's first post will be second with the poll) if you want, sil80_chris.

I'll vote.

Regular.

I don't look at the artwork and 'making of' dvd bs, nor do i want a set of NVG's that are just rebranded kid's toys (the NVG's are most likely made by a company called EyeClops, who used to make NVG's for like $70).

If the collectors edition had more game content like a map or a gun or something, I'd get it. Otherwise, it's a waste of $20.

Yeah...I'd read the art book or watch the DVD if it was something I'm REALLY REALLY into...like Half Life or Metroid. But for something as generic as COD (not that it's a bad game, but it's pretty damn generic) I couldn't possibly care less. Save money and get the part I care about: the game.
