Another recent project, and I believe I used Q45tech's sticky for this one. The rears were rebuilt in 10/2009 with 210k miles, and the fronts around 10/2010 with 220k miles. Nothing too exciting here, although getting the seals on were a PITA. I finally found (after much internet searching) that the best way to do this (for me, at least) was to:
1. Slide the seal over the back of the piston
2. Fit the seal into the groove in the caliper
3. Slide the piston into the caliper
4. Just before the piston is home, attach the seal into the piston groove

The seals didn't look bad at all. I just just trying to eliminate things that might have caused the shake when braking.

Good job! DOT4? Paint the calipers for street cred? Let us know.

Thanks! Not originally, but I have since properly bled the lines with DOT4. I first tried a vacuum kit, but it didn't work very well, so I bought SpeedBleeders.

Haha. No paint job, no.
