Rear driver side caliper is leaking. Don't feel like rebuilding so I'm just going to replace it. Is it kosher to only replace one or should I replace both left and right side?

I know that this is usually the case with pads and rotors, but I wasn't sure if I should replace both calipers since the passenger side works fine.

Do what you please. I suppose it would be kosher to only replace one. Although it wouldnt be unkosher to replace both. It is up to you.

if you have the money, you might as well replace both. if you're tight on cash, you'll be fine just replacing the bad one.

Of course he'll be fine just replacing the bad one.

If he wasn't, wouldn't that mean there are two bad calipers?
