Caliper Pins - What is the correct orientation?

I'm going to be replacing my rear rotors and pads this weekend and probably going to be replacing all the hardware. I just want to make sure which caliper pin goes on top and bottom. Does the Pin with the rubber boot go on the bottom? Is this the same for the front as well?

I remember at the time those pins with the rubber boots and how I had to make sure I placed them at the correct position. Unfortunately, I don’t remember since I did it back in 2020. I also questioned why one had some rubber and the other did not.

I looked in the manual and found an exploded diagram. It looks like the one with the cutout on the end goes on the bottom. If you are removing and replacing them yourself, just put them back in the same place they came out of.
