Has anybody tried painting their calipers?

Looks good! I haven't done mine yet, but others have... just make sure that the paint specifically mentions that it is for calipers/brakes or that it can handle up to 300 degrees (high temp paint) I recommend Dupli-color or a brand that you can get at your local auto store...

I used Ford red high temp engine enamel from duplicolor. The one rated to 1200 degrees

I used the Dupli Color Caliper Paint Kit for mine....easy to use and looks great heres some pix

I've just used some 'wheel' paint, forgot the name brand off hand, but just picked up at local parts store (think they had 4-5 different colors).

And no this isn't on the V.
