Hi all

I recently had some budget rotors and pads installed from rockauto. after they were put on the clearance from caliper to steel wheel are enough to put a sheet of paper in and that's it. The wheel spins and all but is this a concern? I dont remember the width of the oem wheels but will those help the clearance? There were no issues with the oem rotors and aftermarket pads.

As long as the caliper is not touching the wheel and it spins freely, your good.

Most likely the aftermarket budget rotors are slightly thinner at the hub mounting face. Should be fine as long as no contact with the wheel.
