Can you just take your car down to the smog station? Or do you have to go to a referee or something?

naaaah playah they punk a$$es is gonna make you go to the referee or just take that stuff off and go back stock they aint gona risk it cuz if they get caught its like a 15000 fine ald a loss of license(for them)
