California emissions

My 91 hatchback is a california car, what can I take off the emissions package to make it like non CA cars? I do not live in CA and would like to take some of the smog stuff off.

Is this the smog control parts that California adds on?

no there's an exhaust temp sensor that makes it CA model. The listed above are standard emissions equipment for all 50 states.
