yep

If refueling or buying a ZEV was easier then everyone would probobly do it. I wouldn't mind converting my 240 to a ZEV just add some special stuff to da water and go weeeeee :pface

By 2006 federal emissions laws are catching up with Cali legislature. I feel sorry for people with $10+K into their boosted cars.

It is not a matter of voting. It is a matter of common sense. North America produces roughly 60% of worlds greenhouse gases. You either do something about it or live with 120+ temperatures in 20 years.

go live in arizona it was like that before greenhouse gases.
