So I failed smog as a gross polluter, here are my results https://i.imgur.com/OuloUUx.jpg. I have see foam I can use, ive changed spark plugs, wires, pcv, battery, belts since then.

The EGR and front section of cat must both work well to lower NOx there.

You have done nothing to address what is likely an evap system leak somewhere. May be as easy as a new fuel cap but can be other things like leak in any vacuum or vapor line under the car going back to the fuel tank.
