When I bought my 240SX i had a Clifford alarm system in it, but the seller didn't have the keypad for it . I was wondering if i would be able to get another keypad for it somewhere and if so where?

If you can find the brain and tell me the model number (name) of the alarm, I can tell you what remote you need. You can also call 1-800-274-0200, enter your zip code, and it will point you to a local DEI shop. Older, real Clifford remotes are still available. You need to look for a shop that has sold Clifford for many(10) years so they will be familiar with what you have. There are many variations/hybrids of Clifford.

I have only seen Clifford brains in black plastic and they usually have the name "clifford" and the model name molded into the plastic case. Excalibur used to use red (maroon) plastic.

99% of the time the brain will be located on the driver's side of the car around the steering column/fuse holder area. Lay on your back in the floor board with a flashlight and you should be able to tell what is factory wiring what what isn't. Look for a black plastic box with about 4"x6"x1" that has wires coming out of it.

Yeah, i believe the brain is the red box, and it does say Clifford on it. How much would it cost to get a new remote? Would i be better off getting another alarm system?

Since you would have a new product with a new warranty and hopefully proper installation, a new alarm would be best. There should be a model number of some kind on the brain. Just the name Clifford is not enough info to know what model you have or what remote you need.
