I know the difference between the coupes and the 180s, but I know the silvia came w/ the sr20 and teh CA18. Did the 180sx come w/ the CA18 and the coupe silvia's with the SR20? is that how it works (I'm wondering because 180sx = 1.8 litre, and 240sx = 2.4 litre).

Am I right?

Nick.

in other countrys yes, the 180sx had the CA and the silvia had the SR, here they have the KA and hence the 2.4=240sx

89-90, Silvias and 180SXs came with CA18s, some 90 model Silvias had the option for SR20s. 91-94 Silvias came with redtop SR20s, 91-93 180SXs continued to come with CA18s. 94+ 180SXs had blactop S13 SR20s, S14 Silvias had S14 SR20s, S15 Silvias had S15 SR20s. I say CA18s and SR20s instead of SR20DET or what not because there were several different trim sizes, generally two offered SR20DEs and the third offered SR20DETs.
