I can't seem to find them for sale. Will ca18de or ca18det rings work? I really need to find some so we can get this damned engine rebuilt.

OH, ET, my bad. Not sure if they're interchangeable or not, but it sounds like you got it figured out!

title says ET, but first post says DE vs DET. So did he find DE rings at Napa for his DET ? ....that is the question
Should post the part number to clear it up

He's looking for ET rings and was asking if DE/DET (they're the same thing) rings would work on an ET. He then found ET rings at Napa. Nissan says they take different part numbers, but that doesn't mean they're not interchangeable either.

Yeah these rings are for my wife's 200sx. We decided to rebuilt the CA18ET and the rings were holding me up. Napa has a set of sealed power rings for about 126 bucks. Sadly my CA18DET 240sx is down for the foreseeable future due to limited funds lol
