CA18det Wont Start

My car won't start. The turbo was making a funky noise,So the car sat in the garage and now wont start. None of the fuses are out. It turns over and sounds like its about to start but then it dosnt. There was what looked like oil on the spark plug but not much. Anything help im dying to drive my s13 again.

Combustion triangle, air, fuel, spark. You are not getting one of those.

If it ran when you parked it and now it doesn't even try to sputter you are probably not getting either spark or fuel. Even if the turbo was locked up the engine would still fire up like a sick non-turbo.
