So another update i got it to start and kept it on by revving it and then it just died so it must be an issue with the gas right? i tried without the maf and same thing only kept it on by revving

The fast idle valve below the throttle body has failed. Very common. See if you can keep it running until it warms up. If it will then idle on it's own, that's you're problem. If that doesn't fix it, then the actual idle valve (on the side of the Intake manifold, the short fat one, not the long skinny one) may be bad.

thanks for the help float it was neither of those turns out im a complete dumbass. all i can say is CHECK YOUR FUEL LINES. i had them on backwards of course. car cranks right up now runs and sounds great and the good news is after i checked compressions it was 175 across the board and my neighbor has one of those long cameras looked down in the block and i have new pistons and i have a new looking timing belt as well and a new water pump seriously i got amazingly lucky with this motor. oh and now its for sale haha
