enlarge the opening in the plenum, and bolt it on. Use the cable spindle from the CA. what else do you need to know?

I don't know, I tried using a DE throttle body, and it didn't come close to working. the throttle cable bracket was too far back. And It used a diffrent TPS.

I just ended up using a friends KA-E. That ended up being perfect.I flipped it upside down so the coolant ports were on top.I even used the same TPS and enlarged the TB plenium hole, about a cm or two.

I just swapped out the TPS Sensors...... and I had my cousin weld me up a bracket so I can use the KA pulley

I just bolted it on, traced the new larger opening, took off the tb stuffed and taped the intake mani up and dremled it and then sanded it. I then unbolted the KA throttle pully. I then swaped the CA pully and spring, the KA tb shaft was quite longer, so i used washers to act as spacers and then bolted it on tight, and all done. Only problem i had was i couldn't make the return spring work, but I've tested and drove it with the single spring and it works fine, throttle responce is still crisp.

I think a Q45 will physically bolt up, but trying to get idle right, and the low rpm/part throttle control may be hard on an engine that small.

no way!!!! I've tried it, the Q45 TB has a larger internal diameter than the outside of the CA plenum

use the KA-e, so much easier. Just flip it upside down so the coolant ports are on top.

the TB plate is a few mm biggerso port out the hole on the intake manifold, to match the larger plate

and don't switch MAFs
