thanks mans hopefully it will work out so i can reinstall my top mount too.

Here is a quick pic of the WG adapter. I won't be installing this until the outlet pipe and front pipe is installed though, but it looks like it will give the dump pipe the right angle as of now

Made some progress on the swap today. First thing out of the way was plugging up the water port on the block. I've ask for support and ideas in another thread which helped me through it, and I can now scratch it from the list of things to do.

I still wasn't comfortable with how close the master brake cylinder was to the turbo. So while the manifold and turbo out of the car, I decided to swap the smaller brake booster from the '91 Fastback to give more clearance.

Here is how close it used to be. Now its pulled closer to the firewall, and up a ways more.



At about this point, I ran out of daylight... All next week isn't looking too good with rain and snow in the forcast, so work continues next sunny warm day.

so the dump pipe you are using will work with this adaptor, sweet. Where did you get the dump pipe from I need to get both of those the adaptor and the dump pipe.
