ca18det troubles confusion?

Ok so I joined the forum to help my buddy with his 240 ca project.

He bought the car as is, ca18det installed. Full 3inch exhaust, header, and some sort of ball bearing turbo, fuel pump, injectors, maf, 3" fmic and hardpipes

Anyways form the start the ecu was fried, would not run anything except starter, No fuel or spark. Replaced with a blitz access tuned for 450cc injectors and z32 maf. (found a chip in car prior that was tuned for 440's and the z32, reason why he got a pre tuned ecu) It does have different injectors, from seeing that stock clips would not fit, replaced with correct clips. And also wired in maf from what i could find on internet.

car starts and somewhat runs, but like hell. Would only rev to 2k then cut out. checked maf wiring and still sure if its correct? 4 wires on harness, 5 on maf, only using 3 on harness and 4 on maf? also found that tps was d!ck and had broken potentiometer. replaced with ka tps, need help on correcting the wiring, If different along with setting.

the car is purely running off ecu tune. You can get the rpms up but only feathering the throttle, rapidly. car has 14in vacuum at idle, barely touch throttle and the vac drops fast. I know cars will lose vac under load, but this happens when barely cracking throttle plate?

Also previous owner has hacked and chopped some connectors here and there, not sure what or where they go to. what should i do? I am not sure if it is the ka harness modified or a ca harness using just what it needs to be drivable please someone help me
