I suggest a fsm for your needs. Fsm can be downloaded from this wonderful website.
There other ways but this is how I do it. I take the coilpack and the sparkplug off from the #1 cylinder. Then I stick a long screwdriver inside the hole, where it will lay on the piston. I turn the crank (the big *** bolt 27mm "i think" clockwise until Top Dead Center or when the screw driver is at the most top point. Then I take the upper timing belt cover off and check the marks on the cams.
I would start diagnosing the problem here. If you can't do this, I'd suggest taking it to someone that knows what they're doing. Good luck, buddy. Hope this helped.
