welp i was to lazy to pull out the old motor and put the purple one in,so i just took off the manifold and test fitted the sschrome t3/t4 manifold with my 38mm tial wastgate.,and i know i am missing a cam gear bolt i had to steal it for the other motor cause it was missing one, anyways the turbo fits nice with 2 1/2 to 3" inch clearance from the strut tower and same with the wastgate it clears about 3" inches too..

Lol well... i went straight from the tiny t25 to the t3/t04e from blaast, i blew it, got it replaced, and just blew the new one. I love blaast, they have the best customer service i have EVER seen. But its my faut i blew the turbo so im not going to send it back again. But i need to find what oil feed and drain lines i should be running because im pumping to much oil in that it cant move out.

t3, stageII, t04E, 46trim warner/ihi is it ?Problem lies with routing your oil drain then ? I'm assuming you feed from stock location ?Good to hear customer service is top notch.Do you know of folks running blaast turbos sucessfully ? I'm looking for a t3/t04b and lloks like everybody took 'em down from their websites, except..... Too bad u blew another new turbo. Hope you sort it out.

I think the T3/T04B stage I unit I used was the ultimate turbo for the CA18DET because it was flexible and very responsive and also did not lack too much.

thanks for the offer Dee. I'll most likely hit u up.I'll at least need for different projects;A 0.48/t3/stage1/Strim/t04b excellent on a street 1.8LLooking at a 0.63/t3/stageIII/Vtrim/t04b alsoI have the turbine housings. Prefer to rebuild my watercooled centers.I'll need a sr t25 machined for a "hot t28" cartridge too

You been in this game a while, so u may have a source for putting together 'reliable' turbos that last a bit for daily street use ?miami/ m.i.c. ?You get 360° thrust bearings in your turbos Dee, or opt not for the boost levels you run ?
