I'm buying a front clip. That way you get everything and an uncut harness. Found one for $1800 but you can find them for a better price elsewhere I'm sure. Just make sure it has everything you need because if the harness is cut your going to have to splice it all yourself (good luck).

I'll be honest with you, front clips are a waste because you still have dispose of the old chasis, you still have to modify your uncut harness, the side mount intercooler is worthless, and you're still tasked with doing double the work because you have to remove the engine from the donor car. You'd come out better buying a complete engine set and use the rest of the money and buy you a nice intercooler or something that's useable. Just me $.02.............

Since I have the honor of knowing Dee, I purchased my motor set from him. But if you want to venture into the unknown, I saw a motor set on ebay for $1300.

$0.02

Yup... What he said... But keep Dee's $0.02 in mind. I got my engine from a Japanese Engine Company in Canada for $1300 shipped, after a month, the water pump took a huge crap, and about 5 months later, the bearings took a crap and the oil pump was just about worthless. I'd rather get a complete set from my boy Dee and just have him check to make sure things are A.O.K!!

Just adding my $0.02

I got mine from http://www.jdm-online.com/ for 1600 shipped. It came with the motor, trans, wiring harness, both fuse boxes, ignitor, turbo, maf, spare ignitor, shifter, and gauge cluster to verify mileage. It was one of the most imaculate looking swaps I've seen, no dents in the oil pan, all the belts were in great condition. I don't know if I just got lucky or what, but I'd still reccomend getting a swap from these guys if you don't buy one through Dee. Just my 2cents

Dee,

Think you could shoot me an email on how much you could get me the complete swap set-up for? That's shipped to 89147 (Las Vegas, NV).

I'd rather go with what you say. Your opinion is valued around here and I can tell already your well respected on this board.

My email is [email protected]

Appreciate it!

Bryan
