CA18det swap update and question

Well, it been a while but I finally got a new ECU from my friend in Japan, the ECU is tuned by Access (Blitz) I've installed it and turned the Key to on but I didn't try starting the car since its really late and I don't have the muffler on and I really have a stupid neighbor.

My question is when I turn the key to the ON position both the ECU LEDs come on when I did this with my orginal ECU this didn't happen. Is this normal?

yes its normal! cuz your old ecu was shot ... heheh good luck
