Completely clueless. Unless you know what you're dealing with, it's hard to really say why it won't start. Something could be blown out whether it be electrical or mechanical or something may even be missing. Your post is very vague, so it is next to impossible to give you a definite answer.

I bought the car from a friend of mine. He had the car running about 8 months ago and then let it sit for title issues. So the car was running fine 8 months ago then sat. nothing had been messed with. so would if be a timing issue or a possible spark issue? it floods it self out after trying to crank it a few times. is that any better for helping yall help me? sorry im new to all of this so work with me.

If it sat 8 months, the battery is probably too weak to start. Trying putting it on a trickle charger or taking it someplace. The fuel may also be bad, but that would probably still run, just poorly.

Make sure injectors are spraying and spark plugs are sparking. As a matter of fact, check the spark plugs to be safe. make sure the harness is not missing the injector resistor or the ignitor or it will never start if anyone of these are faulty or not there.

after 8 months, I say the gas has gone bad.... if you have ethanol in your area, then your gas tank is probably full of water now... ethanol "enriched" gas go under phase separation after 3-5 months just sitting, depending on conditions... add that to the fact that plain gasoline slowly turns into some nasty crap like turpentine, your gas tank is probably disgusting

remove the fuel pump, then pump everything out... clean or replace the fuel pump and purge the fuel lines
then put fresh 93 octane in there and go from there

sorry about it taking so long to answer. i have checked every coil pack for spark, and they are good. I have checked and cleaned each spark plug and they are good. I put some alcohol in the gas tank to evaporate the water if there was some. I know that there is air. the only thing that i have not tried that yall have told me to do is take out every fuel delivery part and replace/renew it. I am about to do that but i want to test other issues 1st because I am on a budget. Do yall think that I may have a vacume leak? And my tps is not screwed in so would that be an issue? I dont believe it will but im not an expert. if yall have anyother ideas please through them at me.

putting alcohol into the gas tank isn't going to remove all the water, and it won't do anything about that turpentine in the gas tank
if you really want to save a lot of time, take that fuel pump out and siphon that old gas out into a bucket, then put fresh gas in there

gas is cheap compared to any parts you will throw at the car

Even with 8 month old petrol, the car should still start (not recommended). Spray some starter fluid through a vacuum port on the intake manifold and try to start it. I believe you're either low on battery power, have an intermittent or frozen fuel pump or some electrical issues.

I disagree. 8 month old gas will likely NOT start.
