CA18DET running bad

Hello,
CA18DET seems to be over fueling.When reving it hard starts misfiring, when reving smooth it doesn't misfire that much.Fuel comes out of exhaust.Plugs changed, all were black.ECU gave knock sensor code beacuse it wasn't connected, fixed that now it gives no fault codes.Engine was removed few months ago and then installed again, worked well before.Checked earths and AFM.
The exhaust manifold is missing one nut, could that make such a difference?

The missing exhaust nut won't cause that issue. Is the gas old? It's very low on fuel. Leaks in the piping, and before you say no, have you actually tried pressurizing it to see if it holds pressure? Do you have the ground for the coil sub-harness connected to the head? Is the BOV leaking?

I just put some gas in it, not a lot but should be enough.Checked the piping yesterday but will do it again this week, I think that's the problem also because everything else seemed to work well.The ground is connected yes.BOV didn't seem to leak but will take a look at that also when I get time this week.The BOV adjustmen bolt is taken out.

The bolt being out of the BOV will be a vac leak. It's also possible that it's allowing the BOV to open. That would be a HUGE vac leak.

Thanks to everyone who helped me, turned out to be a small leak in piping between the turbo and intercooler.
