i recently picked up a ca18det long block that a fella i know quite well had sitting around as a spare but never used it, its been rebuilt and never used since. it looks to have been rebuilt correctly (was done at a shop) after a quick inspection there are a few things i am unsure of tho, do the factory rod bolts have a washer under the rod bolt nut? or is it nut against rod cap with no washer? also they mains bolts dont have washers either but i think from memory this is normal?

No washers on either the main bolts or the rod bolt nuts.
