ok i just got my ca swapped into my s13. it fires right up, but when u rev it it goes like "woo woo woo woo". etc i checked out the wiring and its all legit. i borrowed a friends maf and switched them. had a spare ignitor chip and tride that. still no change. when i unplug the maf, it still responds the same. im getting power and ground to the maf so im completly clueless. not sure what to do next. any help? thanks.

i cant at the moment. i just did the water pump gasket, because it started to leak. then we took of the belt and messed up the timing. i got the pump back on, i found a nice guide to fix my timing. so im going to do that when i get home from work.

just finished my timing. im still leaking coolant from my pump, but i noticed on of the screws has a stripped tip. im going to replace it, then hopefully that solves my problem. i examined the water pump and didn't notice any cracks. as soon as i get that problem fixed, i can move on to the maf problem. it sucks im having all these problems, but im learning more about ca's. o, yes the turbo spools.
