Ok I just started driving the car. For all those who drive without power steering God Bless you! I hated it! I could really enjoy the car because so much was put into just steering it. I decided to put the power steering on. I used the stock high pressure line and the low pressure lines from a 91. I spent almost 2hrs trying to get the 91 lines to work. I had to cut the 91 lines and fit it onto the old lines for it to fit. My question is how well is the conversion suppose to work? The car drives and turns good, but someimes it feels like I don't have power but when I turn it just goes quick like it's waiting for me?Could this be because I'm using the bent stock high pressure line?

It should all work out fine. I did not do any modifications to mine when I put it in. Everything works great. Actually even better than before.

Damn. I just used my stock 91 lines and it all worked. I seem to remember something we had to do to the upper (pressure) line, but I knew that I used a stock one as I had just bought the damn thing for like $60.

It works but it seems to be a little week from what it was. I never worked with power steering how long does it take for all the air to get out of the system? I just went for a quick drive (turbo feels great on cool nights!) and it's working better but should it work tip top right after you do it?
