CA18det + Power FC + Boost kit settings & installation HELP!

is there anyone that using CA18det + power fc + boost kit?

i can't figure it out , connected the valve to oem harness , MAP is working well also , but i can't increase my boost . i select 1.1 bar on commander bust boost doesn't change . i try the valve with giving + - from battery and it's workşng well .

also what is the values next to boost lines on commander . internet says " duty cycle" for it but i can!t figure it out well.

1. 1.00 kg/cm2 40 255
2. 1.10 kg/cm2 46 255
3. 1.20 kg/cm2 52 255
4. 1.30 kg/cm2 60 255

ok , i solve the DUTY stuff on theory.

long story shot , A rule of thumb is that it changes by the boost value by 0.1 (about 9.8kPa) when duty cycle changes approximately 6%.

For example, when current duty is 56% and boost setting is 1.1 but the boost raises only up to 1.0 , in order to raise 0.1, you have to change the duty from "56%" to "62%".


now , still i don't figure out why i can't control my boost . all connection seems fine but still can't raise the boost setup

check the wire between the solenoid and the ECU, it shoud be 12V PWM signal, If the wire has power but solenoid did not activate, I have those solenoid kit new for replacement

To check the solenoid, just direct feeding 12v to it, polarity doesn't matter, you will hear the clicking sound when power On and Off.
