Couple things...

First, if you can get the starter tested and verify it puts out over 100 amps then I am interested in it. I've already gotten 2 off this forum that have came in seriously bad condition (ie: 50 amps).

Second, a brand new water pump is only $30 USD from any parts store!

Pretty good prices on the other stuff though.

I don't know about the stores up there, but here any of the local parts stores test them for free. But on second thought, it's $50 and with shipping to the US (they are heavy, so probably about $30-40) I can get a new one from the parts store for $99.

Hi,If nobody has taken the wiring harness yet, I am desperately trying to find one. I am doing an engine swap on my 1990 240sx from the stock KA24SE to a CA18DET. I found a great engine but no harness. Can you help? If not, anyone else who has a lead, I appreciate it. You can email me at [email protected]. Thanks.

Hey man... Your starter probably isnt bad, replace the solenoid with a ka solenoid and if thats not the right solenoid replace it with a ga16de solenoid, those are the only 2 4cyl solenoids Nissan ever made for starters, even to this day......
