IIRC it's 1/8th in BSPT, that is NOT the same as 1/8 NPT, which is what you'll normally find here in the US.

What I did was to get an 1/8" NPT tap and just enlarge the opening. The thread pitch is the same, the actual diameter is different. The 1/8" BSPT is smaller. IDK why 1/8" isn't an 1/8", but the British are weird, so what are you gonna do?

i am wierd, and damnit i enjoy every minute of it! also, autometer sells the adapter.

but the autometer part is gonna be dead easy to find. hot rod shops will freaking stock that one.

So its a 1/8" BSPT, not a 1/8" NPT, if you remember correctly. And if you re-tap with a 1/8" NPT you can use the common fitting found here in the US. Nismo and Autometer make adapters.

I actually needed to know this and sure glad someone had already posted, thanks!

i think i asked about this same thing a year or two back... or someone did... anywho it doesnt matter, this crap should be stickied so one doesnt have to search for it.
