Does the Ca have OBD-II compliance? if not can it be added?

No, it's not compliant, and IDK how you'd make it that way. Maybe you could get an SR ECU and harness to work? You'd have to have 2 O2 sensors, a catalytic converter, you'd have to figure out some sort of EGR setup, it would be a HUGE headache.

Beacuse there is a peice of moniter software which uses it which would be quite a cool additionTHanks gents

convert to mega squirt... or other standalone and use their monitoring software.
