so, since i've known the motor to run since it came out the JDM clip i had thrown 3 codes. 12, 23 and 45.

we all know that 12 is MAFS, 23 is IDLE SWITCH and 45 is LEAKY injector. I fixed the maf problem, it was just a lose solder so that wasnt a problem. next is the IDLE SWITCH, since i did not know where to start with this i never fixed it. and last is Leaky injector. I had a post months back on this and had not resolved this either.

recently i swaped in a hks gt2510 turbo and decided to run some NOPI octane booster to treat my 91 cali gas from chevron. car ran fine for a few days so i decided to break in the turbo and some test runs, everything worked out find and had no problems with the car operating. the next morning i get up to drive the car to the parts store for some gastkets. i let it warm up and take off slowly in 2nd down the street, i get about 3 blocks down the street and notice a slight hesitation. Ok so i pull over and jiggle some wires, thought nothing of it at the time. took the car back home and drove my truck instead. Later that day i tried to go through some simple diag.. maybe it was just abdd plugs or a clamp on the coupling loose. DID THAT and nothing. gave up that night due to crappy cali rain.

next day ( today) i was thinkin on what i could do, possiblke tests. i got some carb intake cleaner and sprayed my ID couplers and intake manifold to check for leaks. NOTHING. I changes my TPS w/ a spare i had. NOTHING. changes my maf to kae unit, NOTHING. i even compleetly disconnected the IACV, maybe it was busted? and still got nothing.

here are the symtoms. Hesitant idle., verry rough and loppy. wants to die and when i give it gas it sputters and studders heavily. at idle it jumps in between 400 rpm and 2000 rpm.

anyone ever have the same issue? if not any info is welcome here. becasue i really do not know where to go from here.

i dunno but it'd probably be good to do a compression check and also pull your spark plugs to see what sort of condition they are in.

might check the CAS and the exh cam where it sticks in too just to be sure.. if its borked the timing could be jumping all over the place

I know you've checked for it, but it does kinda sound like a vac leak..

it was the new 02 sensor i bought. went our in 3 days. i used ca18et unit. can i usae z32?
