CHange gaskets, water pump, maybe head gasket, plus turbo inlet gasket as well.. might as well put another clutch in there too to save a headache later on..

and check to make sure the turbo isnt dead. theres a fair chance that it is. i'd check the clutch to make sure it isnt completely dead, then replace it if you think its necessary. good luck with it!

check with your finger on the actual turbine fan itself.. it should spin kinda freely and you may be able to move it around VERY slightly.. as far as the gaskets go, check the sticky.. mainly all the gaskets will be from a pulsar..

Hope that helps and good luck! :D

I would imagine.. I'm not sure of the size of it though.. I want to get a MK4 supra side mount myself.. All of people think that SMIC are a waste of time.. it just depends on what you want to do with the car.. (ie high boost, drift, drag)

you might as well go scavenge a fmic from a volvo or saab or something for the price. smic wise, i would suggest a sr20det smic because i dont know what the rb smic's are made of. i think a smic would be fine if you could channel enough air to it, maybe by cutting a hole in the bumper cover and ducting the incoming air over the i/c.

The RB SMIC is the leftovers from a friends RB swap... so its free. I was just wondering if it will make a difference or not. Thats all.
