Time for a little update and a big THANK YOU to the CA forum. Couldn't have done all this without the help of the knowledgable, helpful people here! So Thanks! Pics will be posted up once I take care of the last few things (below) and get the front bumper back on.

Installed my Mazda Miata battery yesterday, turned the key and Voila! It started right up and ran like a champ. Had a few oil leaks around the turbo which were a result of me forgetting to tighten the fittings. Fuel pump wasn't priming, did a wiggle test on the ecm connector and it kicked in properly. Must have a loose terminal or loose solder. Im gonna take care of that today. Electric fans won't come on, gonna test 'em and see if the wiring is OK or if its just the temp sensor that needs to be placed elsewhere.

The only thing I didnt like was after having let the car idle for a min or 2 some white smoke was coming out the exhaust, not a lot but some nonetheless. The car isnt overheating, and it has a new headgasket from the rebuild. Ill have to check it out today and see whats goin on.

I've met Robin once in his gold S14. Nice guy and he knows his stuff.

Drove the CA today, all problems are taken care of except for the high idle. Ill look more into it this evening when I get a chance. All I can say is WOW, the turbo kicks in around 2800 and pulls strong, no burning oil or noise. Pics to follow. Im in love all over again with this car!

Got the idle to 1200 rpms. Good enough for me! And R34 GTR was right, my clutch does grab like mad.

The CA T25 is on the engine now if that is what you are asking. I would like to change it towards the end of the summer.
