ca18det into 1993 240sx help!!!

well you can pretty much say that im a newbie to nissan i just got a 93 240sx with a ca18det not running figured it would be a challenge. i printed out all the wiring diagrams and spent 8 hours going over the ca18det harness with a DMM[Digital multimeter] the harness that goes to the ecu and out to the top of the motor is fine but had no luck on the KA lower harness but i do not know if that is what i have now i have a few pictures im going to include any imput would be helpful thanks

It's a KA lower harness. It will work for the CA, but you will have to modify it a little. The ring terminal for the alternator opening is probably too small, and I think some of the plugs for the transmission might be different.

Also, you're going to have to come up with the plug for the knock sensor and wire it straight to the ECU. The knock sensor is under the intake manifold between the 2nd and 3rd cylinders, near the top of the block. It's VERY hard to see with the intake manifold on the car.

and the plugs on the ka lower harness do not line up with any of the plugs on the ca harness does anyone have any insight on to what to do ?

well i guess i was being a retard then i hate myself now lol i thought the lower harness hooked up to the main harness that goes to the ecu wow i fail and does ANY one have a write up on the 2 8 pin plugs by the battery tray ? what do i need to pin out to make it work ? i read this thread and it dosent say what connector its for tho

anyone have any ideas ecu turns on but both the red and green lights are on is that a good thing or a bad thing ? and it seems my starter my be f***ed so idk any help would be greatly appreciated
