CA18DET in B12 89sentra

Basically I'm trying to gather information on putting a CA18DET w/ 5speed standard in a 89 sentra. Currently it has the stock GA16i(dead from intake cracking and flooding cylinders 1 and 2 with coolant) and 3 speed auto. A few of the questions I have follow: what fabrication is required to keep the A/C operational(need that for sure in SE texas), the power steering I would like to keep but can live with a non assisted rack, I assume I would need to get the brake pedal for standard cars as well as the clutch pedal assembly. Also what is out there for DIY ECM tuning/datalogging for these engines, allready have a prom burner and Innovate WB that is used on the truck. This is it for now but will probably have other questions.
