CA18DET Ignition and Fuel Maps

Im going for MegaSquirt, for s13 CA18DET, but i need basic ignition and fuel maps, to get started can anyone post screenshot from VEMS,KMS,NIStune or maybe Megasquirt? I need only screenshot with values of ignition and fuel maps

I found for you, it is for
Stock motor, injectors, turbo to 14psi.
AEM 2BAR MAP sensor
AEM/GM IAT sensor
AEM 24 tooth CAS
