Okay i swapped my ca into my 240... it used to be an auto before the swap... do i have to wire anything to make it run.. because right now i have no spark and i never hear my fuel pump prime.. also my ecu lights up with a red and green light... i have also noticed on manual 240's it doesn't have the 3 connectors on the fuse box and in a auto to 5spd swap ur suppose to jumper 2 wires but would i still need to do this if i have the manual wiring already???

at least two things are wrong. You will need to jump the nuetral safety switch to get power to the starter. The fuel system should prime regardless though which leads me to believe you have an extra problem.

so i searched thru all my wiring and found a wires on the transmission that went from 4 wires into 2 and it was all taped. i took off the tape and revield a black wire (ground i assume) and a green and orange wire( neutral safety switch....) which i believe need to be hooked up.. now when i look on the harness i spliced to the ka harness the green and orange wire goes from a relay in the fuse block to the ecu and doesn't split off too the transmission wire..... is there another colored wire that goes to this... do i hard wire it. any help or advice will be great right now becuz i hate wiring....

Nope! The engine can start regardless of your neutral safety switch being hooked-up or not. If you are not familiar with wiring, I can see why you're having problems. Since you got the engine to turn over, but won't run, it would appear that something is wrong with the way the engine harness is wired or maybe your ecu is toast(?)
