hey guys im looking at an S13 coupe in my area with a CA18DET swapped in. Im not very familiar with the engine other than that its a close relative to the RB.

all im wanting to do is get a FMIC and slap my old T28 on with some 444 injectors and do a basic tune with the AFC the car comes with. the CA will not be staying in this car as im gonna do the VG30DETT swap down the road, but ill PROBABLY put this engine in a hatch when that time comes.

if anyone can give me some info on the injectors if they are side or top feed and what kind of limitations ill have with the engine being stock please let me know

thanks

phil

INjectors are top feed 370cc thinga-majiggies that are good for around 250-270whp with the proper set-up to assist them.

DSM 450's are a direct fit if you use the injector O-rings off the CA.

is it 300whp or 300 at the crank that everyone says is the limit for the CA18DET? i cant seem to get that final tidbit... i would like 275-300 while i figure out my final swap... might even build a CA18 if i like this motor lol
