ca18det fuse box or does it matter?

I have the Ca18det fuse box that came with my swap but it was cut. Instead of wiring all the wires I just used the Ka fuse box. Should I switch it or does it matter. I know the Ca box has a relay for the ignitor but the ka doesn't? Just wondering would it be a waste of time to wire it up.
