My Stainless steel tubular manifold keeps cracking.. I want to redo the manifold but this time just make it out of mild steel.Anyone know where I can buy JUST the head flange? I'm going to do a really simple log style for now but I need a head flange.. custom making that kind of thing is never worth the effort.

Buy an SR20 head flange and flip it over. I'm about 90% that's the only difference.

take the exhaust gasket to a machine shop and have them cut one using the gasket as a template.

i dunno about there, but here in calgary you can take it to a laser cutting place, and give them a stock manifold or whatever, and they can get the shape from it and cut you new ones.

we are still here and kicking, we are actually setting up our advertisers account here on nico in the next week or so. as soon as i can get someone to actually finish our website design and web banners. our old website has been shut down. it was owned by a former employee of mine that i terminated in april, he chose to keep it and try and hold it for ransom so i had it shut down by the hosting company. i dont want anything to do with the old site it was pretty unmaintained so this one will start fresh and i have started adding products that will actually sell and be aimed at the markets i know best like 240's ,hondas, toyta's and DSM's

we already have two sponsored drift cars that will hopefully be in formula D next season, one of our drivers will be going to vegas in sept to get his license, and with his record this year its not unlikely that he will get it.

we will also be bringing some new products to the public in december at the PRI show

every thing has been rolling smoothly since firing my oldest employee( a complete waste of space and financial drain on the shop) , and as long as i can make it through the growth spurt we are having now 2008 should be a huge year for us.

I'm glad to hear things are taking off for you Jon. It's about time you had a break!

How about Aluminum/CF valve covers? Something that doesn't look so boxxy and doesn't leak where the PCV connections are.
