CA18DET: ECCS relay clicking like mad

Hey,I'm in the process of swapping a CA18DET into my 1990 240sx, all is well so far except for when I first connect the battery the ECCS relay beings to click like mad, and will click even with the key out of the car. It will only stop clicking when the key is turned to "run".

It has to be a engine harness issue, because the old motor worked fine. Where should I go about checking the harness.

I used FRSPORT's guide, and the engine wiring is good. Also all my grounds are checked and intact.

I think I may have a wire grounding out somewhere but I don't know where to check.
